जन कल्याणी स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना

(श्री गणेश क्लिष्ट कर्मणा फाउंडेशन का एक प्रमुख कार्यक्रम)

उद्देश्य:
जन कल्याणी स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक बनाना और उन्हें आवश्यक चिकित्सा सेवाओं तक पहुँच प्रदान करना है। यह कार्यक्रम विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए तैयार किया गया है, ताकि वे अपने स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी समस्याओं को समय रहते पहचान सकें और उचित इलाज प्राप्त कर सकें। इस योजना के माध्यम से महिलाओं को अनेक प्रकार की स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं, जो उनकी सुरक्षा और सशक्तिकरण को सुनिश्चित करती हैं।

मुख्य उद्देश्य:
इस योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य महिलाओं को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना और उन्हें स्वस्थ जीवन के प्रति जागरूक बनाना है। इसके माध्यम से महिलाएं अपनी सेहत का बेहतर ध्यान रख सकती हैं और आत्मनिर्भर बन सकती हैं।

निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच:
इस योजना के तहत महिलाओं के लिए नियमित रूप से निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाती है, ताकि बीमारियों का समय पर पता चल सके और उनका सही इलाज किया जा सके।
मातृत्व लाभ और देखभाल:
गर्भवती महिलाओं को विशेष मातृत्व लाभ दिए जाते हैं, जिनमें निःशुल्क प्रसव सुविधा, पोषण संबंधी सहायता और नवजात शिशु की देखभाल शामिल है।……………………….
